Savkar is a business management and record-keeping software platform developed by Prolisys. Savkar does not provide, approve, arrange, broker, or facilitate loans or credit products. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Savkar website, web application, and mobile application (together, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

When a business registers for and uses Savkar, we collect:

Account information — name, email address, phone number, and login credentials of authorized users.
Business records — customer profiles, account records, payment entries, collection logs, agent details, notes, and uploaded documents that the business chooses to store in the platform.
Device and usage data — device type, operating system version, app version, log data, and diagnostic information used to operate and improve the Service.

We do not collect information from your contacts, SMS, call logs, or photos without explicit action by you (such as choosing to upload a specific photo or document).

2. How We Use Information

To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
To authenticate users and secure access with role-based permissions.
To store and display the business records entered by the subscribing business.
To provide customer support and respond to enquiries.
To improve performance, reliability, and usability of the Service.
To comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Data Ownership

All business records entered into Savkar remain the property of the subscribing business. Each business (tenant) is the data controller of the records it stores. Prolisys acts solely as a data processor providing the software infrastructure. Data of one business is isolated from every other business on the platform.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share information only:

With cloud hosting and infrastructure providers necessary to operate the Service.
When required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.
With your explicit consent.

5. Data Security

We employ secure authentication (including encrypted passwords and token-based sessions), role-based access control, encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), and tenant isolation to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

Business records are retained for as long as the subscribing business maintains an active account. Upon account closure, data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at [email protected]. End customers of a subscribing business should direct requests to that business, which controls those records.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use by adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
