Terms of Service

Important Notice: Savkar is a software management and record-keeping platform intended for business operational use only. Savkar is not a loan provider, digital lender, NBFC, bank, microfinance institution, credit broker, loan marketplace, or financial intermediary. The application does not offer, approve, arrange, broker, or facilitate loans or credit products. Users remain solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing their business activities.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Savkar website, web application, or mobile application (together, the "Service"), operated by Prolisys ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Savkar is a business management platform that enables finance businesses to digitize their own operational records, including:

Customer profile and record management
Account and balance tracking
Collection and payment activity tracking
Field agent and commission management
Business reporting and analytics

The Service functions similarly to accounting, CRM, ledger, bookkeeping, and business management software. All records stored in the platform are entered and owned by the subscribing business.

3. What Savkar Does Not Do

Savkar does not, under any circumstances:

Provide, approve, or arrange loans
Match borrowers with lenders
Facilitate lending transactions
Collect repayments on behalf of lenders
Determine interest rates or loan eligibility
Offer financial, legal, or investment advice

Any references within the Service to "loans", "interest", "collections", or similar terms describe record-keeping fields used by the subscribing business to document its own activities — not services provided by Savkar or Prolisys.

4. User Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the subscribing business.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of records entered into the platform.
You must hold all licences, registrations, and approvals required to operate your business, and must comply with all applicable laws — including lending, interest-rate, recovery, and consumer-protection regulations.
You must not use the Service for unlawful activity, including unlicensed money lending or harassment-based recovery practices.

5. Accounts and Subscription

Access to the Service requires a business account created by us or by an authorized administrator. Subscription fees, plan limits, and billing cycles are described on our pricing page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

6. Data

The subscribing business owns its records. We process data only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may remove content or suspend accounts where we reasonably believe the platform is being used unlawfully.

7. Availability and Support

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance and factors beyond our control may affect availability. Support is provided via [email protected] and +91 89755 23069.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Prolisys and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that records, calculations, or reports generated by the platform satisfy any legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory requirement applicable to your business.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prolisys shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prolisys from claims arising out of your business activities, your records, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
